Lisa Olivia Munn is a native of Oklahoma City. Kimberly Schmid is of Chinese heritage and was born within Vietnam. Her father Winston Barrett Munn is from an American family which has strong roots in the South of America. Olivia was 2 years old when she was divorced from her parents. Her current family is run by her mother and stepfather. He is an United States Air Force soldier. Even though the family moved out of Oklahoma and resided in many areas, she was raised within Tokyo, Japan. During this time, Olivia participated in various local theatre productions. Then she was an Japanese model. Olivia moved from Japan to Los Angeles when her family had returned home to America. United States to follow her dream to be an actress. She began her acting career with a small role. Then, her career began to take off after she was cast in the role of Mily Acuna on the Hawaii-lensed TV show Beyond the Break (2006). In 2007, she played Rob Schneider's Receptionist. The show's host is "The Daily Nut", "Formula D" as well as "The Formula D Podcasts" on G4. Her love of surfing has been evident since the 2006 TV program Beyond the Break. Additionally, she has earned the black belt in taekwondo. In the year 2000, as she was two years old older, her mother remarried. Though the family had moved several times, the majority of her life was spent in Tokyo Japan, the location where her stepfather worked for the military. She was a journalist in the University of Oklahoma and also minored Japanese, dramatic arts and drama.
