Patridge was in majority of episodes on The Hills compared to any other cast member. Patridge's Hollywood career began by appearing on The Hills, a reality TV show. After that, Patridge was offered a lesser role in Into the Blue 2 The Reef. It became available on DVD on April 21, 2009. Patridge was on Mad TV, Do Not Disturb and Do Not Disturb. In August 2008, she appeared on Do Not Disturb. cast as Megan on the show Sorority Row. Sorority Row film. Production was in production from October 2008 to early 2009 and the film premiered on September 11, 2009. Patridge has appeared as a character in Carl's Jr. ads from the years 2009, 2010, and in 2012. In denial of rumors, Patridge said her involvement in the lead role based in her Hills costar Lauren Conrad for the film adaptation of L.A. Candy based Conrad's book.
